Individual & Group Talk Therapy for Children
At Aplomb Consulting and Education Solutions,we provide individual and group talk therapy for children of all ages. Our team specializes in working with children facing anxiety, behavior challenges, social skills difficulties, and more.
What is Talk Therapy?
Individual talk therapy helps children explore their emotions, improve communication skills, and develop coping strategies in a safe, supportive environment. Group therapy focuses on peer interaction, fostering social connections, and learning from others with similar experiences.
Sessions are scheduled at times that work best for families. We offer weekday and limited weekend appointments to accommodate busy schedules. Therapy is provided in-person at our office, or via secure teletherapy for those who prefer remote sessions.
What Parents Should Know
Tailored Approaches: At Aplomb, we believe every child is unique. Our therapists use evidence-based approaches tailored to your child’s developmental stage and individual needs, whether they are younger children or teenagers.
Confidential & Safe Environment: Your child's privacy and emotional well-being are our priority. Our therapy sessions are conducted in a non-judgmental, secure space where your child can feel comfortable sharing their thoughts and feelings.
Collaboration with Families: Therapy doesn’t happen in isolation. We work closely with parents to ensure you understand the process and can support your child’s progress at home.
Psychological Testing: If needed, we provide psychological assessments to better understand your child’s emotional, cognitive, or behavioral concerns. This allows us to create a more informed treatment plan.
Payment Options: We are a self-pay practice, but we’re committed to making services accessible. Please reach out to discuss payment options if necessary.
